Hello!
Ive been lurking SS for a while and decided to join.
I lowkey fell in love with the support and recovery posts! They didn't have any false positivity and seem genuine and real, even the struggle posts seem genuine and raw, and I love that kind of environment!
Im a game developer from Portugal, I also used to be a concert pianist and small time musical producer.
I love art and movies, horror movies in particular I adore.
Im a big time music addict and spend 90%+ of my waking hours with headphones on blasting some bangers.
Ive been struggling with anxiety and being neurodivergent since I can remember.
I unfortunately cannot cook up a linear story of my life since it all feels incredibly messy and jumbled in my head.
Although I can share one of the incidents that lead my down to coming here, although it was a while ago.
Well I got a fancy job so I could get an apartment so I could move in with my gf, I hated the job but it payed well and I really loved this girl.
She then proceeded to dump me, and I had the crashout of the century and quit my job.
Ever since I've been focusing on my own game development business.
I really like my work now and the projects Im lining up show real promise.
