Hello, im new here at least partially. Though i joined a year ago, until now i have only been looking through posts on here. I apologize if this post will be inappropriate or all over the place but i very rarely speak to anyone, even less about myself. A year ago i was diagnosed with severe depression and social phobia(i dont know how accurate these diagnoses are, since a doctor once laughed in my face when i mentioned social phobia). I was hospitalized a few months ago (which didn't help me in any significant ways, only made me extremely distrustful of doctors and people in general. Although this probably has been my fault) I have been researching ways to CBT through SN, although i am not very smart at all so my knowledge is very limited. So that is all i guess i just wanted to say hello.

I have been on sanctioned suicide for a few months myself and I can say this: EVERYONE here is the most kind, caring folks and with LOTS of empathy, that I have EVER found!!
