Hello, does the saturation drop a lot of when taking SN?

Your sats drop significantly. SN essentially displaces the oxygen in your blood, rendering it useless, to put it very simply. It will read very low on a pulse oximeter (the thing on your finger), however realistically a blood test will show that while it is low, it is not as low as it may appear on the pulse ox. That's what kills you, the lack of useable oxygen.
