Your sats drop significantly. SN essentially displaces the oxygen in your blood, rendering it useless, to put it very simply. It will read very low on a pulse oximeter (the thing on your finger), however realistically a blood test will show that while it is low, it is not as low as it may appear on the pulse ox.
