Method Helium Tank

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this has been asked before but I found a tank at a local store, the box claims to be 100% helium, is there anyway to verify this before I buy a couple of tanks?

Are there any fineprints on the box with more details you could make pictures from? "Hi Rise" sounds as it is a Balloon Shop, who promise a lot with purity, but in most cases it's far away from 100 %.

Nothing else really on the box, but it is party balloon type marketing.

The AiRise website is not working, Helium filled in Canada, but the tank is from China, I personal would not trust it, and there is no margin of error.

Even with Nitrogen I would use an Oxygen Detector (Analyzer) to measure, how long it takes, until 1% O2 is left in the bag or helmet at the area of nose/mouth und to ensure, that it will remain at this level.

These detectors are expensive, and the calibration is only working for one or two years.
