Now this might sound crazy, but I'd like to if there is a way to induce a heart attack. Only thing I could think of is caffeine overdosis, but maybe there is another way? Maybe a secret breathinf technique or something like that...? I'm sure SaSu would know.

Thank you very much

If you stick to a high-calorie, high-cholesterol diet chances are very likely you'll be able to induce heart attacks anytime you go through moderately high amounts of stress. It might take too long if you aren't already used to eating unhealthily though.

Shitload of cocaine has been known to work. Maybe massive amounts of amphetamines or ecstasy. But not something you could rely on. Maybe if you could get your hands on drugs they use on death row lethal injections. They're supposed to work by stopping your ❤️ heart

That's unpredictable as hell. There are plenty of people who have high calorie high cholesterol diets and are quite healthy. Especially if they're young and get regular physical exercise. You have to overeat to excess and already be morbidly obese to just maybe have stress cause a heart attack and probably very rare for anyone under 60 even if obese
High calorie high cholesterol diets are not all that unhealthy

Yeah, I figured it must be quite a crapshoot or more people would be able to do it. Oh well. I even tried to CTB myself this way once by consuming entire sticks of butter.

A wrestler I was a fan of actually just died of a heart attack in his sleep at age 40 (I didn't even know you could have a heart attack in your sleep). And from what I read, it's peaceful apparently. Do you like tasers? You can royally screw up your heart in all kinds of ways with those. Even getting tased once can trigger heart conditions in healthy people. I imagine if you played around with one a bunch of times you'd be able to screw over your heart in some way and it'd be a lot quicker than eating a bunch of fatty food. More painful, but definitely more effective. BTW - buying a taser isn't like buying a gun. You can purchase one very easily off the surface web at an affordable price.

Again butter is not all that unhealthy if it's even unhealthy at all. It's a natural dairy product. Like trying to od on milk. That had zero probability of success. As you found out.
I wish it could be that easy

Heart attacks are painful and often not lethal until you've had many of them. I think what you mean is cardiac arrest. But sorry, you can't induce it yourself apart from stabbing yourself with a sword or something. Some baseball players have been hit with blunt force to the heart and died, but it requires the ball hitting exactly at some incredibly tiny time frame of the heart beat on an exact place on the chest, so it's very rare.

It's much easier to induce respiratory arrest (with certain drug ODs) but it's also somewhat unpredictable.

Some baseball players? Hit by pitch in the heart? And died? Kirby Puckett and Tony Conigliaro died from complications from HBP in the head. Not right away though. Lou Gehrig developed the disease that bears his name some doctors theorize from multiple HBPs in a long career. I know baseball. I can't think of 1 player whose batting stance would expose his heart to HBP. I have watched baseball my whole life and I am 70 and can't remember any hitter ever HBP in that sort of chest area where the heart is. And you're saying some players plural have died HBP in the heart? Or are you talking about pitchers being hit in the heart by a line drive which sounds more plausible but I never saw that or heard of it. Please explain and tell me which players died from being hit in the heart?

I've seen marathon runners in high gear have heart attacks because of the salt imbalance when their potassium levels get screwed up. 240 mg of potassium chloride was what they gave for some lethal injection to induce cardiac arrest.

How hard would it be to get your hands on 240 mg of potassium chloride?

I'm referring to commotio cordis. Most cases are teenage boys playing as pitchers and catchers. Famous cases are mostly from football and ice hockey though. Look up Chris Pronger and Damar Hamlin.

Damar Hamlin wasn't he the buffalo bills safety? That was football. I watched that happen. It's hard to identify exactly what caused that. So you're not saying this ever happened in major league baseball. And I could see it possible for a pitcher. As a pitcher you are vulnerable to a sharp line drive. I can see it happening to a catcher in a kinda like sandlot game but in official little league games or high school or any organized baseball league catcher is going to be wearing that big chest protector. I got hit by a sharp line drive when I was pitching in my teens. Suffered a broken nose and for years afterwards would get a nosebleeds from any contact with my nose. If I had to blow my nose, nosebleed.
