Back in time during cold war a weapon was discovered which is called as heart attack gun. With this gun they will shoot a small frozen ice like bullet in which there is a small amount of shellfish toxin. Generally if they shoot it on a person he feels it like a mosquito bite and die of heart attack. Is there any possibility now we get such type of poison anywhere? Anyone more information about it? Thanks.

I heard heart attacks were described as excruciating pain?
Some people believe it's an crushing sort of sensation on your heart with immense pressure.

Despite a natural cause of death,
probably a mythical cold war weapon to find.

I can't help but laugh when I see such fanciful threads. There's no such gun which can fire ice bullets. There are certain sonic frequencies and toxins which can cause heart attacks though. You've better luck finding a genie and making your death wish.

Anything is possible my dude.

To list a few:
Conspiracies turn out to be true,
Religions turn out to be real,
Existence of extraterrestrial life forms,
Car accident taking out a random person's life.

Anything is possible...

Yea you're right, but the physics behind ice bullets just aren't there. Even "IF" there was such a weapon. Do you think there's a chance in hell any of us would have access to it?

If we devote our life to get it, then yes.

It's like the German Maus tank in world war 2 which did not see battles.
The technology and ideas are good
but there are cheaper effective alternatives thats the problem...

I applaud your resilience. Maybe I'm a bit too cynical as I've seen alot of outlandish methods and ideas.

OP asked about the toxin, not the bullets, though unfortunately the title brought attention to the weapon rather than the info s/he was actually seeking.

@Bleu Nuit shared a video that included the Church Committee hearings that discussed the weapon, but the toxin was not disclosed.

There was a heavy emphasis on the gun and method of delivery is all (the bullets). There's plenty of toxins which can cause heart failure. A simple search would've yielded many such toxins.

That's okay. We are all cynical in a way.
I can't fault you for thinking the most practical ways.

saxitoxin or tetrodotoxin usually result in death from respiratory paralysis. At the time, the unexplained death would have been attributed to a vfib or a heart attack. It wasn't painless and was likely quite terrifying, as we know from individuals who are conscious but under the influence of a neuromuscular blocker. The red tide, sea snail, puffer fish, blue ring octopus, or similar await you.
