Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So my method is : puting the noose under my shin, setting with my legs infront me and with a simple Slipknot i let it to gravity, also found out that being extremely sleepy helps a lot with the pain and make u go impaulsive, i also use a rope thinner than my finger, so what happens is that i get this head exploding feeling then this tingling feeling all over my body especially my lips and the end of my fingers, but the pressure on my head stops me everytime, i feel like my eyes are about to pop out i get scared and frustrated and stand up. Can somebody help me improve my method? How can i get rid of this pressure on my head? Also I'm not sure if i suppose to get theese cramps/convulsions like from the Syrian girl video.

Usually convulsions happen once you lose consciousness. It does sound like you're compressing the jugular veins(take blood from brain) but not compressing the carotid arteries(take blood to brain) which are right under the jugulars. This causes pressure buildup in the head. Some people do have convulsions before passing out, but typically it starts right after.

Leaning into the rope the wrong way can cause this.

I surely hope that you ruled out all of your options for living. Do you have friends or family you can talk to?

I am also here if you need someone to talk with. I wish you the best in the meantime.

Thank u so much i was really confused i tried it again this morning actually pulling the rope down with my head not letting it only to gravity and i started feeling some progress now that i don't have to worry a lot with dealing with convulsions.
Also thanks for the last comment i actually don't have anybody and it's ok because I'm not gonna have to deal with it any longer i made my decision of dying, and for my case it's definitely the best.
