No I did it all online it was delivered to my home address

Ordered it to a PO Box from DMC, no welfare check or anything of the sort. wouldn't expect a welfare check even if you had it delivered to your home address tbh

There was no option for it to be quicker. It took 4 weeks to get here, but that was mainly because it got stuck at a mail centre for a while, otherwise it would have been like 2 weeks.
