Has anyone successfully ordered SN from WC in the US?

I've been thinking about ordering SN from WC but I don't know the logistics and I'm scared of fucking it up

Moreover, I wanted to see if there's been any successful and documented cases of someone ctb-ing with SN from WC?

Any insight would be nice
