I think I have some memories from my past life, or lives. I'm recalling some things without them ever happening to me in this life and I know how to do things as in have certain skills that I've never learned in this life but how to do them just comes up out of nowhere it seems in my brain like they surface from the deep. But I guess we can never be 100% sure
There is nothing to process awareness when body dies. Even if it exist as Tao, the eternal One.
why are you so sure? the body is dying, but reincarnations are quite popular in some countries (well, or so we are told, bringing up "special people"). in any case, there are quite a few things that science cannot yet explain.

Might sound a bit too fantasyish for some but I always liked the theory that there are these evil beings called archons who basically try to force any souls that enter the afterlife into reincarnating by using some trick.
Sometimes it's a tunnel of light, sometimes there disguised as family members and others they try to brainwash you with some karmic system where you did something wrong or failed some make believe mission and you have to reincarnate to make it right and it goes on and on until you somehow become aware they are bullshitting you.

Ok I will admit I sound psycho but the reason why I like this theory the most is because it eases my mind knowing that shit such as karma, lessons and missions some spiritualist spout at you is most likely just a bullshit trick to keep you on this Earth. None of the above make sense in a world and species where there is nothing but suffering.
And if the archons are like the theories they can't do jack shit to you as long as you avoid their tricks.
I'm not saying they 100% exist. If I creeped anyone out I apologize. But I thought I should mention it since it's a common topic with some spiritualists. I'm just preparing for the fact that they might I repeat might exist so I don't wake up on this prison planet again.

Yeah it's hard to know. I don't want to not go to the light and be stuck without a body here but if I do I feel I'll be sent back. I wish I knew for sure. I do know this life of mine is game over.

In this theory, what is the motivation of the archons? To keep the zoo populated?
As a child I saw this type of dreams in which I understood that I was in a dream and in these dreams I changed everything just by thinking about something. It changed on its own - I did not have to deliberately do it or make efforts. And I felt like a part of some kind of network (like the Internet), AI or a collective mind (maybe because of strong depersonalization), there was a feeling that what is called consciousness is not stored in the brain but is connected from somewhere outside, that the brain is just a receiver. I well understood and felt that I and all the minds of people are connected to a network and synchronized with it as if by Wi-Fi or something like this. In this case, the body is just a drone or robot, and the memory of all living and ever living people is stored in this network (even after death) - what people see and consider as memories of the past life are other people's memories that they received from this information repository, this Internet.

The most common theory for their motivation is that there is some kind of energy or essence in our souls that they feed off of us and the only way they can keep grasp of usand use as as endless food is by keeping us in this reincarnation cycle on Earth for basically forever lmao.

Kind of wierd. I've had dreams and just these wierd intuitions of a past life. I was in my mid 20s, some type of business man or some shit, its wierd as fuck.
I always sometimes feel like i must've done something in my past life or another life where its now catching up to me in this life and its why the way i am lol. Or that i was so happy in another life that i truly just got the wrong end of the stick in this life.

The only thing would be that I've had a sense of familiarity about things or people I've just discovered, like I've experienced or known them in a past life. I'm open to the idea of reincarnation, but personally I would prefer not to be after this life. I'd rather leave this world for good this time.
