I just want to get an idea of how hard it is to position yourself to hit head first when ctb by jumping. What do you think?

I jumped to CBT and going head first is incredibly difficult to get your body that way.

I've BASE jumped and skydived almost 1,000 times. Getting head down is easy. Just put your arms flat at your sides and put you legs straight out. It's called a head down track if you want to learn more.

Do you think someone who has never skydived or basejumped could do it on their first try?

I think if a person watches the technique and practices it on the ground a few times. That how we always prepare. Visualization and practice on the ground.
