This is similar to nostalgia, but just a little different.

The meaning as I learned the word in Portuguese is of missing someone, like a broken heart, missing what you had with someone and would never have again.
I had this for my ex, knowing that I would never see him again for absolutely no valid reason imo, made me throw up out of nostalgia.
