Help Hanging

So I'm getting close to the point of ctb.

problem is, I have the rope but cannot find a tree that kind of hangs over (high enough for me to reach). I don't mind where I do it really.

tried my closet and it wouldn't hold in place without slipping off the point. A wall hook I don't think would hold it. Rope is quite thick(to me anyway) but have tried laces etc.

how do people hang in bathrooms? We only have a blind that collapses and a shower curtain bar that is in two pieces. (So collapses under weight) Id prefer full, but partial is fine.
many friends have said they've hung in the bathroom. How?

Maybe I'm being naive, but I have brain fog about ligature points, and unfortunately research is only making me more confused.
I'm scouting out today anyways, in a different outdoor location. Hopefully there's a point there but any knowledge you guys have might help point me in a direction.

For reference, I've looked at the main thread, been looking at previous posts, been on the wiki, looked at various case studies.

I can't get any AE anywhere. The doctors have on my notes that I can't have any medications unless I have a physical consultation pretty much. They're unlikely to give me them too. I have SN but without that, I will throw it up as unfortunately I have the worst reflux for swallowing things. Hanging is a high success rate. I'm watched outdoors a lot so it's hard to do anything out there like jumping. I'm limited.

I really do question it! Like, I find it hard enough with finding a tree and they can do it there?
But I guess some people are magicians..

Depends on your bathroom...defintely not the shower curtain bar ! But maybe if you have a solid shower head screwed into the concrete wall realtively high up yo could use that ? Or what about the door? If the door is solid and you can squeeze the rope between the door and the doorframe tightly...might be an idea. Or the doorknob or handle (again if solid enough - check first) for partial ? Or a partial using the tap on the sink? I have a very vivid imagination as you can see so I can think of lots of bathroom hanging ideas ! Wanting to die makes you quite ingenuous you know...

Unfortunately my shower detaches from the wall, so I can't attach anything to it. The handles and toilet are somewhat good attachment points but I don't know how to attach something to the tap and get it right. I can see it does! Unfortunately my creativity is never a success in terms of Ctb haha. Thank you
