I have a question about full hanging:

How to avoid that it feels like suffocation while full hanging? I tried a little bit but i could not breath immediately and it feels like airways are blocked instead of carotides. How to avoid this?

There have been suggestion to hyperventilate, so that one can hold their breath long enough to prevent suffocation. Passing out before you run out of oxygen.

I don't know how reliable or realistic it is, though.

How did you practice full hanging?

Hyperventilating beforehand can significantly increase the amount of time you can hold your breath before the panic response sets in, which I thought increases the chances one can pass out from lack of blood flow to brain before suffocating uncomfortably. Hope you find a solution.
