Help Hanging or Falling from a building?

What would you choose, and why?

The problem with falling from a building is the state your corpse ends up in. I think it's really disgusting

If I was alone, hanging. Falling from building can have a lot of failures and people can save me before I get what I want. If I hang myself alone, probably people will only find my body hours (or maybe days) later.

Falling from a building if it was twenty floors height sounds fine.

I believe I will go by hanging, it's the final push. Jumping from a cliff into the sea might be a way, if the jump don't finish you then the sea will. I want Peace. I want my life back or take it.
Hanging would be tough but final, don't fail

Trick question: You hike a 100 or so kilometres into the backwoods, scramble your way up the nearest peak and then jump. Risks 0 other people, virtually no risk of anyone being able to find you in time and get you back to civilization/such areas usually have hospitals that are functionally clinics with shiny signs. Added bonus of being able to do one last long haul hike and climb one last mountain.
