At the beginnings hanging was my choice, but I can not get good enough bravery.
Not to be aware of yourself's death I think that is an advantage.
About hanging, IMHO it is the Method, in capital, expressive, cathegorical.......
I think my post is not a tip. Just a rambling. Sorry.

10 to 12mm rope would be less painfull if it´s full suspension

It's literally physics. There's a formula for it based on height and weight and that's just an estimate. The lighter you are, the farther you need to fall.
Theres one of three ways you can look at pain:
1. Rope snaps spine and kills all nerves so no pain gets transmitted. No pain but imo not likely
2. Rope snaps spine cord and you go out like in movies and stuff. You're gonna be "dead" past the point of anyone able to fix it but you're still gonna be pretty aware since brain dead takes a bit, and you're literally hanging from a broken limb. Brutal amount of pain
3. Rope doesn't break anything/suffocate. If you've seen game of Game of Thrones, they did that to the Brotherhood without Banners. If you thought #2 sounds bad, this is what stopped public hangings from the trauma. 10 minutes minimum

As you surely won´t be able to break your neck don´t jump too much, it would just hurt your neck-muscles but won´t break your neck. Here is the official table of drops for execution hangings. That would be the height you need to break your neck. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Official_Table_of_Drops

This part needs attention when looking at the table

In practice, however, the hangmen ignored this table and awarded considerably longer drops, and a significantly revised edition of the Table of Drops was published in October 1913, allowing 1,000 foot-pounds force (1,400 J) of drop energy - and then in 1939, nine more inches (23 cm) were added to the drop found by the 1913 Table.

You can always add a few inches to the drop the worst thing that could happen then is that your head will be tron of the body, just like at the guillotine. It´s only bad for you if the drop is tto short but so long that you would hurt your neck

Your rope is better for partial hanging that also works from the tree...

8-10mm and 90kg would be aproblem at long drop hanging or decapitation. The rope will break.

Just think that the rope will not have to carry 90kg at the end of the drop it will be much more (up to 250-400kg). For 90kg I would use a 14mm rope for a long drop or decapitation
In GB and america they used about 20-25mm ropes as you can read here (source: http://www.capitalpunishmentuk.org/hanging2.html#long)
he modern American coiled noose is prepared in accordance with a procedure laid down in a U.S. army manual, from 30 feet of 3/4"-1" diameter manila hemp rope, boiled to take out stretch and any tendency to coil. It is formed into six coils and then waxed, soaped or greased to assure that the knot slides easily. Generally the knot is placed under the prisoner's left ear (the subaural position) as was seen in the photographs of Saddam Hussein.
Britain and most Commonwealth and ex-Commonwealth countries use(d) a simple noose consisting of a loop worked into one end of the rope with the other end passed through it, as shown here. In the 20th century the eyelet was typically placed below the angle of the jaw, (the submental position)
The noose was improved in the 1870's by William Marwood. He used a brass eyelet inside of the loop to allow the rope to run more freely and to avoid the need for lubrication with soap. The eyelet was initially held in place by a leather washer and later by a rubber one. This type of noose has been shown to cause a quicker death. It is usually made from a 13 foot length of 3/4" diameter hemp rope. Later, the part of the rope that would come into contact with neck was bound with leather, as seen here. This type of noose is used in present day Egypt, Kuwait, Singapore and Malaysia and in former British colonies. Modern materials such as Nylon have been tried but tended to be too elastic for long drop hangings. Iran uses nylon rope for its short drop/suspension hangings.

For the long drop they mostly used a free running hangmans knot with about 6 coils
