Hanging from bed frame

Does anyone know if a set up with a noose around my neck, then other end tied to highest end of metal bed frame is possible at all? If I'm able to then sit down/ kneel and put enough pressure on my neck?? I don't have anything else sturdy enough to hang myself from at home but don't want to do it if it's got no chance of working

As long as your full body weight is on your neck the height doesn't really matter. You may need to be wary of the convulsions though.

What happens with the convulsions? Could I accidentally wake up and sit up and stop the process??
