can't find any reliable drugs like fent to od on really wanted to go out that way. Anyone know good knots to tie for the anchor point? I need the strongest one possible havent really seen much on the anchor point only the slip knot for your neck.

Are you doing partial or full? With partial, a slipknot should be fine, if you place it correctly
