I felt a strong urge to end things and ended up punching myself in the head multiple times, I just feel exhausted and have a headache. I just wish I could disappear.
I know the feeling. Hopefully the headache goes away at least. Disappearing would be nice, sometimes it helps to find a quiet corner of the world to escape to and cry.
