Got everything I need

I have everything I need to CTB with SN. I need to figure out the place and the protocol. Any advice?



I'm planning to CTB on my birthday on June 7th.

Place: any place where you feel comfortable and no one will find you for at least 4 hours.

Protocol: it depends.
I intend to use a 24-hour regimen with SN, ibuprofen and Domperidone.

Fasting for approximately 16 hours.
- 1 hour before drinking SN: 600mg of ibuprofen
- 40 minutes before drinking SN: 3 X 10mg Domperidone.

Additionally, I will use cooling patches on my head.
And I will prepare 3 glasses of SN.
After drinking, I will lie down on my right side. Supposedly it helps, but I've seen conflicting information.

If you have more resources, your protocol will be different.
In general, follow the recommendations in this forum.
That's all and that's it.

Did you have any issues with delivery from that source? I think I tried to order from there a while ago and wasn't successful.. I am in the UK though and maybe that's why.

I still have several weeks to figure it out, I have read VIzzy's guide before. I'll try to read as much information on this site. Thanks for the cooling patch suggestion.

No issues at all. It was same-day delivery. I purchased them in the morning and received them in the afternoon. I ordered them from an e-commerce platform that's similar to an Amazon Marketplace-type website. Not straight from the chemical lab/company.

Mam jeszcze kilka tygodni, żeby to rozgryźć, wcześniej czytałem przewodnik VIzzy. Spróbuję przeczytać jak najwięcej informacji na tej stronie. Dzięki za sugestię łatki chłodzącej.



Czy masz na myśli etykietę marki na obrazie, czy w ogóle nie wolno nam publikować niczego związanego z zasobem CTB?






Żadnych problemów. To była dostawa tego samego dnia. Kupiłem je rano i otrzymałem po południu. Zamówiłem je na platformie e-commerce podobnej do strony internetowej typu Amazon Marketplace. Nie prosto z laboratorium chemicznego / firmy.

It's best not to share such things, or just blur them out.

This is the largest summary of this method at this point.

I like to use cooling patches when I have a really bad headache.
It helps me.
SN doesn't cause a big headache, but an extra layer of protection won't hurt ;).

Now I remembered that I might use mouthwash to camouflage the taste of SN a bit.
Additionally, I will pinch my nose while drinking SN.
I don't have a big problem with the salty taste, but I want to avoid immediate vomiting.
However, if I don't like the taste very much, it may increase the chance of immediate vomiting.
