My time here on earth is coming closer to an end. Following the sn method with a few changes as I'm struggling to get hold of some items. I will be posting more the closer I get to my final day. I shall try to post once I've taken the sn to report my experiences.

Methodology:
25g of sn in 100ml of water x 2 cups.

Alongside the sn, I will be taking Olanzapine as an Antiemetic.

Here is the modified regimen:
Day 1
• 20:00
- 1 X 5mg Olanzapine
Day 2
• 4:00
- 1 X 5mg Olanzapine
• 12:00
-1 X 5mg Olanzapine
• 20:00
- 1 X 5mg Olanzapine
Day 3
• No food on Day 3, only water
• 4:00
- 1 X 5mg Olanzapine
• 11:00
- Stop drinking water
• 12:00
- 1 X 1000mg of Paracetamol
• 12:20
- 3 X 5mg Olanzapine
• Wait 40 minutes
- During the wait time, dissolve 25gm of Sodium Nitrite in 50-100ml of plain water
- Prepare a second 25gm SN drink (in case vomiting happens)
• 13:00
- Drink SN solution
• Lay back

- Drink SN solution
• Lay back

Have you checked the compatibility of olanzapine and metoclopramide? Perhaps mixing 2 antiemetics is not a good idea, although I understand that you only have 1 meto.

How many hours will you fast? I wouldn't recommend spending more than 12 hours fasting. Antacids are also not recommended. No benzos? I call that value

But by this point should I be worried?, probably not.

So sad to see. life is pain, I understand your decision pain is a part of life. embracing the pain and struggle is our only option I sometimes feel like taking my own life but something in the back of my mind stops me I'm not trying to talk you out of it it's your decision but maybe there is more to life out there you don't know if you don't try. it's just really sad to see another thread like this

Have downed it. Heart is beating very quickly. No pain. Slight burning sensation in stomach. Feels like acid reflux.
No vomiting.
