Goodbye Videos?

Hey guys, I was thinking of writing letters for my suicide note but I changed my mind and decided that i'll make videos instead and delay email them/ put then in a usb. I think it's better for me because they'll see my emotions raw and they can hear the words coming out of my mouth. What are your guy's thoughts on this? Would you ever leave behind a video instead of a note?

I actually think that's a really good idea. I wouldn't get myself to do something like that tho.

I thought about doing this so people could see I'm not sat here in pain and suffering and they missed it, thereby blaming themselves, but rather I just have had enough and it's a rational decision. I thought it might help if I just talk to the video all cheery and explain why.

Then again it might creep them out and confuse them even more.

I think it's a cool idea, and like you said about raw emotion, it could be cathartic. It may, however, be difficult for the person/people on the receiving end knowing it's the last time that they'll see your face.

I'm not trying to discourage you by any means. Just something that came to mind.

Yeah, that's a good thing. I will make one (or maybe more) - would like to talk a bit before I'm gone. It might hurt people who see it, but they can also revisit it to remember you.

I've been considering this too. I feel like it'd give my family more closure than just a note. It can be hard to convey everything you want to in just words on a page.

I agree. I know no matter how much i say i'm not crazy, they'll think i am for planning it out and for ctb in an unusual way (inert gas). Its the thought that matters in the end tho :)

It makes my heart ache thinking about the pain i'll leave behind, but in a way i think it'll help them with the grieving process. There's only so much I could rant about in a letter lol. Plus, theres not much videos or audio of me. I don't want them to be hurt that they have no evidence of me existing.
