It's just death by electrolyte disturbance essentially, in this case hypernatraemia
Electrolytes, in particular sodium and potassium, are responsible for muscle function in the body, therefore too much or too little of either of these can result in cardiac arrest, but it's not a pleasant way to go
I'm in and out of hospital regularly due to hypokalemia, and sometimes hyponatraemia and hypomagnesemia also due to my anorexia
It's definitely not the way I want to go though, although I know I'm at a significant risk for dying this way at any moment
I really hope I can manage to overcome SI and drink my N before that happens
