I feel like I would've disappointed them either way so I'm just ripping the bandaid out now.

I made a personal playlist of all my favorite songs, but if I had to recommend my absolute favorite is fourth of July by Sufjan Stevens.

Had to reset my phone and all so I'm delayed a bit but took my paracetamol earlier and metoclopramide now. I'll also have a spoonful of Gaviscon 15 mins later. I know the dilemma about Ppi's but I honestly don't have the energy to care. Having another medication to take helps the time go by imo.

Currently listening to Only us and linger on-weatherday because I like the distortion.

i gave those two a listen too. only us and linger on reminds me of the breakcore songs that i've recently just gotten into. the distorted sounds do help in giving my thoughts a ride instead of just having them swirl muddily in my brain.
