i decided to do it tomorrow

i will use 4g of Propranolol + 2g of VERAPAMIL

my only problem is , if they caught me before i leave , can they tell it's a suicide ?

Doubt that is enough. They would know I think. You need AE and sedatives as well.

There is an OD guide in resources which says p 8 v 5 on their own. I don't know how much mixed. You can make a thread.

If you don't mind, why do you want to ctb?

i had social anxiety for 15 years , i tried everything but things getting worst , so i got my last vacation to se asia , stayed there for 3 weeks , and i had lot of fun there , now i decided it will be tomorrow , will go tonight to fancy restaurant with my friend , and eat my last meal

I have social anxiety too..
When I'm in crowded places, i get panic attacks..
It takes sometime to get back to normal.
I haven't taken any treatment tho..have you tried taking treatment?

If you've used drugs to ctb, they'll know it's a suicide.

Doctors will examine your body to find the cause of death and will probably find an OD of pills in your stomach and blood.

i can't get sedatives , i don't care if it's gonna be painful or not ,

I understand..but it might be excruciatingly painful.
And you may not say these same words at that time.
You can't play around with overdosing.. assuming certain dose may work.. you know. Its really risky.
Also you may have to face the consequences, damage from the attempt.

People who survived from propanalol overdose say they suffer from damage from it, heart pain.. even after many months.. and they need to take meds for it. You saw the thread i linked here?
You really need to be sedated.. that you won't call up someone unable to bear the pain midway..and suffer unwanted consequences. Which is the only reason i say they are important.
Also make sure you get enough time.
I am not saying this to scare you or turn you down.. you can't take chances with these.. sometimes they result in irreversible damage.
I od'd on random pills before 6 years..and my stomach is still messed up.

They will no doubt do an autopsy and will put it down to an overdose, I do think that is not enough. Maybe do a bit more research on these drugs and the levels you need. If you are found still alive you'll end up in hospital and back to square one again, its a vicious circle.

yes I'm still here , my Visa card had some issues , i can't got my propranalol from pharmacy :(

i don't remember how much i took (it wasn't much), i still have some left over, i remember i took them at around 10pm and the pain started like 1hr later and basically couldn't sleep for a very long time because i was afraid if i fall asleep i'd die from low blood pressure, i had both, chest pain and headache, most likely from low blood pressure that propranolol caused also heartbeat was very slow.

I'm sorry you had to go through it.

An attempt with beta blockers cannot work under those circumstances, though, clearly.

i know, i was just experimenting, wanted to see if its gonna be painful or not, but i dont think higher doses would work either.
