Going with SN, propranolol, xanax, meto, antacid tonight

Waiting for the wine I drank earlier to be gone from my stomach then going soon. Fiance is in other room but I cant stand my medical condition one more day. I will tie the knot on the door and go when she falls asleep in a few hours.

Have 25g of sn, backup 25g to swallow. Standard doses of meto and antacid ready. Entire bottle of .5 mg xanax, will probably take 5 to 10 mg along with 150mg propranolol. Those should ease me in.

I didnt really talk to anyone here but browsing helped a lot. Love you guys. I'll update when I can take my dose in peace tonight.

About your fiancee, though, is there no way to do it at another location?

I could always get a hotel, but I dont want to ruin some guys life when they find me. My fiance knows I am suicidal and that I will kill myself, just not when (to protect her from being an accomplice in any way). She had me to go a suicide ward at the hospital already to cover her tracks, knowing there was nothing they could do for me and I'd talk my way out of being committed (got the gift of the gab from my dad : p).

Everything's OK on that front, as long as she actually goes to sleep tonight... I would love to do it in a forest or something but I have horrible visual symptoms and tinnitus that made "quiet serene places" absolutely unbearable

If i am going to do it, i would use the same meds as you. Would need xanax indeed. Maybe change propanolol for bisoprolol just because i have it here.
