I'm fairly new to this site, and mostly a lurker, but I'd like to thank you all for the resources and help.
Recently, at the ripe age of 18 (), I have been diagnosed with yet another life-ruining chronic illness, and decided to go through with my plan.
I feel somewhat sorry for my family having to find me, but I have no other option, and I've lost the ability to care for anyone else than myself a long time ago. I don't have what it takes to suffer through my loser existence for another 20 years, before my condition finally puts me out of my misery.

I hope it will be quick and relatively painless.
