This movie and its sequel (as someone who went to school for movie/tv writing, the sequel is amazingly done and utilizes callbacks, cameos etc.) have been such a comfort to me — YES the creature FX in the first one is not the greatest, but its the narrative for me. The two main characters are sisters and have made a suicide pact.

I'm to the point where I could likely recite scenes.
