Discussion Getting vaccinated abroad

Hi, someone knows if I could travel to an open/free restriction country like Serbia,South Africa,Albania,etc to get vaccinated there (without nationality/citizenship)? at least in a first dose

I doubt the public works would vaccinate tourists. You'd need to find a private clinic (if those have access to the vaccine, I haven't looked into it) and make arrangemenets.
