Getting sued but I’m suicidal so fck it

I shared my story about a professional counselor who crossed boundaries with me and he threatened to sue me for it since I couldn't prove that he assaulted me. Well duh most people can't since they don't carry tape records on them. He sent me a demand letter and everything. If he ever somehow won a case against me, he would never see a penny from me since I'd be dead by then.
His specialty and leading scopes of treatment is "sexual abuse" ugh

You don't necessarily have to be dead for someone not to see a penny from you. If your only income is things like SSA, disability, or something similar, then that money is often protected from legal actions. Back child support might be an exception.

yeah that's true. Honestly I'd go to court and let him waste all this time trying to sue me when i don't own anything and am low income. There is verified misconduct on his part and he was married so he would be sharing his infidelity with the world if he took it to public court.

For anyone who might be being harassed or something unlawful is happening to you (this is currently happening with me and my landlord) feel free to record your conversations. Check the legality of recording but it is legal in most places as long as you are a participant in the conversation.

I have two lawsuits right now and both times I recorded the other person saying things that should solidify my case. It's really important that you have physical evidence when you're being sexually harassed.

Omg two lawsuits that must be so stressful. I wish I had some proof it would help my case but i didnt. I don't even want to settle privately with him, I want to take it all the way to public court so even if I do lose he at least gets exposed for his affairs. He doesn't know I'm suicidal so he'd be waistline so much money to collect nothing and expose himself

They're not really "lawsuits" I guess, they are both tribunals cases. One is with the human rights tribunal and the other with the landlord-tenant board... It's stressful but both times they happened I felt sort of vindicated and it kind of gave me a boost. What's stressful is how long these things take, and the stigma from family and friends that I look like a walking dumpster fire
