SN is naturally harder to source in the US (i live in the US) so you have the buy online from other countries. one of the more popular sellers are in the UK & basically any polish sites since they're easy to get and unregulated, i got mine from a polish site and it was easy and came quick. make sure to use different keywords/languages when searching for it, or if you interact with this community a lot you can be lucky and gain some trust and eventually someone will share a source with you.Similar threads
