Getting SN in Spain

Hey guys, anyone here living in Spain? I am living in Madrid at the moment and stupidly decided to leave the SN I got a hold of last year in the UK. What with crazy snow, covid and the generally unreliable Spanish postal service I don't trust getting it sent over. Wondering if anyone could give me a heads up of how to get some here?

I know someone got their SN from a spanish website. ( they got "lab" in their name)
