So I have been thinking about how to get the state (WA) I live in to extend death with dignity to me.
I have poured through our state constitution as well as the national constitution and it seems to me like I can plead a case on 1st ammendment rights as well as the state legislature not being able to pass a law that respect the establishment of religion.
My case is that I should be able to have and pay someone to consensually oversee my death if we so choose and in doing as such, should be allowed. Most people have religious objections or they try to come at me with civil law, a place lower than the point I approach.
What do you think it will take to get people to progress to allowing this procedure? I keep getting locked in a room and tortured and given poison by a bunch of terrorist for my beliefs.
And I don't want the other person to get sent to jail.
Most objections also seem to be that death for profit will come from this and people who I'll get scammed but I don't see why there can't be trials to be set up to get in to do it. Like, having the right controls for the behavior that sprouts from this. For instance, I have gone through their trials of finding and getting "help". The help does not work. I don't want to be here. If I don't want to be here, then I shouldn't have to because I live in a country that aspouses freedom of belief and expression. If I have these securities within my possession then I should be allowed to die if I want to die, as per my 1st ammendment rights. I am of sound mind; I know what I ask. Sorry not sorry for having a different perspective on life.
Not looking for attention. Not crying out for help other than figuring out how to do this without the state turning into terrorists. I'm not trying to escape pain. Nobody is forcing me to do this.
