I'm beginning to run out of options. I live close to beachy head/Eastbourne but it's always been a massive no due to my fear of heights.
im on constant suicide watch by my family and under the crisis team. Every time I leave the house the police are called and I don't get anywhere far or for long.
Im considering getting a train to Eastbourne then a taxi to beachy head. But that's if I can even make it to the train station before the police find me. I'm at a total loss now I have no way of ending this torture and I've been trying repeatedly for a year now.

Can you get taxis to beachy head without suspicion? I know back in January a woman's body was found there after getting a taxi to beachy head.
Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not worried about the chaplains or getting sectioned as they never section me no matter what I do (thankfully).

If you are running out of options and have a fear of heights, why not go with train method?
Its almost the same except no heights or falling..

I got a taxi to Beachy head once, I failed the jumping part but I thought the driver was suspicious of me so when I paid them I asked for a number so I could get a return taxi later on and that seemed to work for me to be left alone to do as I pleased

I would not recommend jumping when you have vertigo, it will make it much more difficult than it is. But I understand the desperation for not having other methods :/...
At first the taxi driver would not have to be suspicious, if there is a moderately crowded place nearby (lighthouse, panoramic point for photos ...) you could ask him to take you there and then walk. Besides, you should try not to look like you're dead inside.
I hope you can get through all of this..

I've attempted the train method before unfortunately SI got in the way and I needed time to 'pump' myself up and unfortunately by that time I was reported for acting suspiciously and was detained by police *sigh*

I'm just thinking of closing my eyes and letting myself fall. At this point I'll take anything. I've never considered the jumping method before but I'm getting so desperate.I'm thinking of just asking to be dropped off at one of the pubs at there, as there are a few and I'm assuming they'll be open due to lockdown restrictions lifting.

You could always take a rucksack/bag or something - I think it's generally suspect when people go there empty-handed (it'd be like trying to catch a flight with no luggage at all)

I heard taxi drivers in that area are trained to identify if people are travelling there alone and/or if they look distressed in any way. They may even ask why you're going there. Of course, people are allowed to go there for a walk or sightseeing, but I'm aware that they are known to alert the police or chaplains if you look or seem suspicious about your visit

So am I especially as I obtained N last year and had it confiscated .
I am really sorry. I'm in sort of a shit situation with N too. I saved up money and ordered N just to have a user of the forum announce that the N he ordered at the same time I did from the same source has no barbiturates in it just some random stuff.

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I am going to get it tested. But just that feeling that I had a safe way out being taken away from me.. damn. Well, you know what I'm talking about.

Oh 100% I know. Since loosing my N I've been completely stuck for methods because I had that perfect peaceful way out and nothing else compares. I really hope you've got the real stuff and you get the peaceful exit you deserve!

I've been set on beachy head once before, and the SI I got 2 days prior was unbelievable, the adrenaline is through the roof, you need to be dead set on it, a hundred percent in.
and i think beachy head is like 1km from Eastbourne anyways, so you might not need a taxi...
who took away you N ..:/:/ ?? that's fucking barbarian, I'm sorry it happened to you.. just constant fucking disappointment....

It's not a long walk from Meads at all, about 30 min... so you could always choose that...

Or you could take the 13X bus from the Eastbourne Station to Beachy Head. It runs every 30 minutes and takes 13 minutes from station to The Pub (at least that is the schedule for tomorrow).

I'd give you a lift on the back of my bike if I lived near, they'd never catch us. I wouldn't bother too much about taxi drivers they're bound to have other things to worry about, it's not their problem after all. "Why are you going to Beachy head?" "To kill myself" "....I'll just turn the radio on". Conversation ends.

Just how big is the beachy head area?
250m
A mile? Where the steep cliffs that you would get a clean high 300+ft jump.

The whole coastline? No idea. I know the highest jumping spot is about 500ft.

That would be maybe more than hundred miles. I am curious how much of that is actually the cliffs with huge drops. Like everything else the scumbags who enjoy others suffering remove all the information so we can't even see the geography of the country.

Yeah I also thought the highest point was about 450-500 cheers.

I wouldn't want to get a taxi out there, have to walk a mile to the coast, realize the part wasnt drops but just gradual decline so have to walk, we'll try and walk miles to a high point.

Basically I'm trying to say it's not go be as simple as getting a taxi and you suddenly are dropped at the smashing pictures we see on Google.

The highest drop is near the light houses. So I've heard anyway. there used to be crosses left by loved ones in spots where people jumped but years ago the council banned them for obvious reasons. I'm fairly familiar with the area as I live near by

confiscated by your family or the police?
My family. They grew suspicious as they saw the package which stated it was from Mexico. I guess them finding it is better than the police, if there are any positives in the shittest situation
