Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I need help to choose between generic drugs to original, I don't know what to choose.
Assuming that the generic drug much cheaper.
both drugs Contain the same amount of medicine, they both aloud to use in my country (in prescription), and they both had been tested.
The only thing that different is people who use the original drug and move to the generic reported that the generic drug caused to Dizziness and nausea, and make him feel sick

There is no certainty you will get any side effects by taking a generic drug, side effects are in every single medicine, even those you can buy over the counter in pharmacies. Personally I'd go with whatever is cheaper and if I got side effects I would change.

Brand name and generic drugs are required to be totally identical in terms of their active ingredients. Anyone who claims one gives them side effects and one doesn't is mistaken.
