Gbl toxicity

Hey anyone know if gbl would be a good way to go? I was thinking of dosing incrementally over 15 mins so I'd fall asleep before a lethal amount took effect. I just don't know what's considered a deadly amount. When I take it for sleep it usually takes 20 mins before I feel effects.
