Method Full suspension + inert gas

I'm thinking of full suspension combined with inert gas.
The main method is the full suspension and the inert gas exit bag as back up.
My idea is pretighten the slipknot/noose knot at the back, have the bag inflated on head, pull down and take a deep breath while stepping off/kicking away the bucket. I don't really see how a plastic bag would interfere with the rope so I think it should work. Worst case the bag won't fit properly around the head.

I know full suspension is supposed to be really reliable as long as the rope/anchor doesn't break and you're not found but reading about people not cutting off their carotids and dangling suffocating for minutes worries me. This way I reckon even if the carotids don't get cut off by the rope the nitrogen gas will ensure unconsciousness. Even if bag ends up getting pulled off the full suspension should still do the job eventually.

The reason why I don't trust the exit bag by itself is because there is no way to fully secure yourself to make sure you don't pull it off while unconscious or that it doesn't come off if you start spasming/convulsing while unconscious.

I don't think this is very complicated. It's a straightforward hanging just with pulling a plastic bag over your head just before stepping off but I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I have heard reports of people doing full suspension having a lot of claw marks on their necks, even though a person may pass out quickly the body reacts this way it seems from these reports. I think the bag would have almost no chance to stay airtight in a situation like this. I do think full suspension seems like a pretty reliable method and I do think that it is rare that the carotids get cut off by this method, so that dangling suffocating for minutes seems likely- that's the trade off- pretty reliable but very distressing for a while. That's the main challenge with this method I think.

There's no way for me to get SN or N where I live abd every time I look up a method there'll be people saying 'Don't do that, there's other more peaceful methods'. So you look up the more peaceful methods' suggested and the same...'Don't do that's there's more peaceful methods'.
I just want a way to pass out quickly while hanging :(

You might pass out quickly while hanging, but you might now- there's no way to be confident in it that I know of- some others say if you get the knots just rigt it can work, but since people move around so much this could move. There are videos on this site of people hanging, and they seem to go at least mostly unconscious pretty quickly, but a lot of people who have found people who died this way say they look like they went through a lot of distress, though most may have been while unconscious.

You can look at the hanging thread for more details, but it is hanging where the body is fully suspended, where the feet don't touch the ground; in partial suspension the feet and possibly the legs touch the ground.
