I have the rope and a secure place to hang it on the porch in the middle of the woods no one will see me. I have 5 hours till my bf comes home from work. Just hope i can battle si

Place the noose above your adams apple near to the chin and the knot behind your neck in the middle section. Constricts the noose as tight as possible before you step down. One final advice: before stepping down create little force on neck until u are nearly unconscious and then step down= less to 0 pain
