I have tried partial hanging before. I used a slipknot and a static, nonstretch rope that is about 11mm thick. I believe it takes about 11kg of pressure to completely compress the carotid arteries? I managed to cut off some blood flow with partial suspension, as my vision went blurry and I felt hot. But it wasn't enough to lose consciousness. With full suspension, I believe with that same rope and same knot, I'll be able to completely compress it. This time it will be more painful and I won't be able to breathe, but it will only last 5-15 seconds before unconsciousness occurs.
I'm also using a pull up bar on doors.
Currently I'm using this:

I couldn't get it to fit on the door frame, it wouldn't stay put. So I tried putting it literally over an open door. It worked wonders and could support my weight and stayed put even when I shook around a little bit.
There are also other options, such as:

The only thing is if you try this, make sure you're not too tall and also make sure that the bar can support your weight. The bar I have can support up to 250 pounds. I'm less than half of that and I'm short, so that won't be a problem for me. But for other people, that might be a problem.
Current plan is Monday the 29th, unless I wimp out... which could happen. I want to die, but the survival instinct makes it hard man.
Anyway, if you want to do full suspension hanging, I hope this helps you.
