Full suspension hanging vs. SN
which method do you think is better?
although there are no perfect methods, I am curious about your (individual) thoughts. ~there is no correct answer
If you had access to both, what would you choose?
I think FHS is a good method because it is relatively quick and as long as your ligature + anchor don't give out on you, it's done for. However, if you make a mistake, either you have a really painful death or the chance of becoming a vegetable is high. Plus, in my own experience, SI is crazy when it comes to this method and it's hard to overcome.
As for SN, or seemingly the most beloved method on this site, as long as you follow the regimen and are not found/recovered, death is basically guaranteed but it will take longer than FHS and you might hurt a lot too… on the bright side, if you fail, chance of permanent damage is much lower than FHS.
I am really in conflict between these two methods… honestly want to go ASAP so FHS was my method of choice but I cannot overcome SI so now I am waiting on SN, but I still am not sure whether I should choose SN over FHS.
Also, if you are still reading, I am wondering whether you think it's a good idea to combine meds + FHS to overcome SI. In the same way, you also take benzos for SN, you know what I mean, right?!
If only I can find a way to overcome SI, I think I would choose FHS.
