Just curious which medications most find success from, if it can be called that. I've been on A LOT of meds and have a good idea which might work best for me. My current regimen is doing pretty well, mainly just gives me a bit of hope and slows down my brain function so I'm not so hyper vigilant/anxious... but in the end Klonopin to this day was what gave me the most change, and now I feel like my brain was somewhat "trained" toward benzo relief, so most meds don't touch it.

I currently take Lamotrigine, Escitalopram, Propranolol, Topiramate. Not many sides I've noticed which is also great as most of these type of meds cause huge weight gain.

Damn you're brave for taking Naltrexone lol awful sides for me. Plus when I landed in the hospital and needed pain relief, it blocked most of that relief.

I mostly "live for others" and my dog. She's so loyal to me that I have to at least give her the best full life. My gf as well and I feel like I've mostly shown her a lot of things to grow a backbone and not let her father or anyone shit on her. She's aware of my back burner CTB idea, but like I said... I'll find most of my "happiness" just making her a better stronger person so when I'm gone I know she can handle her own.

For me the only thing that works is xanax, 0.5mg per day. But they do not want to keep giving it to me. :(

Quetiapine and sertraline with lorazepam as PRN worked wonders for me.
Unfortunately, both quetiapine and sertraline ended up giving me bad side effects as i seem to be sensitive to medications.

I just smoke weed, but not so much anymore because my mom keeps threatening to drug test me

They are so strict now because of the opioid crisis!

i'm on lexapro and abilify and it worked really well for a couple years, right now things have been a little shaky though. i always seem to get too used to meds and they stop working

Aw that's really sweet of u. And I can 100% relate to living for others. I have a couple online friends and one told me to not commit suicide and I'm just like "why?". Am I supposed to just stay around for someone who i can't even hang out with? I made a suicide pact with someone months ago who didn't go through with it. I have nobody irl to live for and it's like I not gonna stay alive for someone I might not even meet. People expect so much from me and give me nothing back and it's exhausting yknow..

Aripiprazole, Sertraline and promethazine are OK for me at the moment. I was also taking lamotrigine but developed a rash and had to stop taking it.

Xanax is or Klonopin is all that has helped me as well. I'm terrified of the day my Dr doesn't want to give it anymore.

Also Ambien has helped my severe persistent insomnia.
