• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I see an Emdr therapist. She taught me a technique I can do from home that you can do too. Makes me wonder why I should go back anymore lol

You watch a show. I don't remember if it has to be comedy. I think it has to be something that grabs your attention and is positive. As you're watching, think of a certain thing (a troubling memory, a pervasive feeling like loneliness, etc) and tap your thighs with your palms facing down in a rhythmic fashion. Don't touch your thighs at the same time. Then randomly blink really quickly for a few seconds. Do this throughout the episode. Then move onto other memories if there's more than one.

I saved you a fortune in therapy fees. Each session is one memory.

Don't think you'll be better after doing this once.
