Bought my ticket, time for the ride.

I updated my will and testament for my final wishes, something that's been holding me back from ctb. I've got to say, this is a huge relief for me. If anyone is wishing to do the same, I highly suggest eForms. It was affordable and easy to do. I mailed three notarized copies to three different people (two different attorneys and a family member) with the explanation that it was just an update.

Bought my ticket, just waiting for my ride.

I hope you are ok, it's good and responsible to keep everything in order, but if this wasn't easy - I hope you are ok. I love you❤️ Whatever you choose, we all have a right to choose and we all should respect that, and I do. I hope you will find what you are looking for in your choice. And I hope I will in mine.❤️

Thank you for the well wishes. I am fine and more than happy to ctb. My will held me back because of bitterness and not wanting a certain someone to benefit from my choose, so I rearranged it and now feel much better about it.

I have half written my will but not finished it - need to find the energy to get it done. Must be a relief to have yours in order now.

So when you write your will, do you have to go to attorney with it or is it relevant anyway?

I think it's relevant anyway - there are easy to use will templates. In fact, this is my task today to go and write my will today and finish it.

I have a will, because my impending divorce (sadly due to my mental illness) has given me some money. The best thing about this money is that I can get stuff to CTB, and then leave most of it back to my ex, as it's his money really. I'm also leaving some to my brother, as he has two kids, one of whom is disabled. Then maybe my best friend and ex boyfriend (just a little bit), and maybe some to mum and dad and a charity or two. It's not a huge amount of money, so not sure how to distribute it.

The odd thing about this money, is that I can no longer claim benefits in the UK as there is a threshold.

If I could feel better, then I could use the money - but I am not sure that is possible for me. I did just take 3 aspirins though and my fear level has gone down. But oh, am I done with this torture.

That is good news FML, and amazing how some actions bring such a huge relief, isn't it. And thank you for pointing out an affordable way for members to get those things done, and for your note about who one may want to copy of those documents.
