Hi. I'm doing my best lately to stand up for myself and speak truth to power. Knowing that I will not have to live long with any negative consequences is liberating. It also feels less painful to express myself rather than let people and institutions get away with bad behaviour. It's not making me popular but it feels necessary.

Good for you! I'm proud, if that makes sense. Always speak up for yourself no matter what. I might be a big hypocrite on this topic but that doesn't matter!
