Fentanyl Megathread?

I've been trying to find info on fentanyl, and although there are various threads already and a chapter in the PPH, I was wondering whether having a megathread for fentanyl might be helpful where we could share info/discuss (Other opioids could be included as well?)

Sorry if I'm being a complete idiot and there's something like that already!

Dangerous area to tread. I could understand it from a method standpoint (dosage and such) but with that comes the desire to discuss sources and that's where we got the trouble with N in the first place. If there were such a thread, it would have to be very carefully done to avoid another police scare. I don't know what it's like in other countries, but from what I understand the US is cracking down heavily on fent. There's always naturally a lot of risk with such substances from a legal standpoint.
