pfff... it's so easy to put up fake reviews... and even if by some miracle you did get a delivery of 'fentanyl', how would you know its the real stuff?

True, and there really is no way to actually find out the exact purity; testing strips only confirm the "presence" of fentanyl, and that could be as little as 10% for all you know. That's why I'd only be comfortable with ordering sealed transdermal patches, and I've seen a few sellers of those on WSM.
