Tried this shit thinking it would numb all the pain and I would just black out and die, but instead I couldnt breathe for shit, like I was drowning, scary stuff, had to get Narcan'd.
And I had the 100% pure stuff I got from the Hospital I work at, wasnt some shady shit bought by a shady dealer.

thanks for sharing this. i was really thinking fent or heroin could be an easier way to die and was thinking twice about using SN.

was this a high dose of fent? like if i were able to buy some and injected a huge amount, would i feel the same way? from what i heard, if you od on heroin you pass out almost immediately...

That's what I've been telling people who wants to OD here... As someone who suffers from psych drug damage and chronic hypoxia as a result. It literally feels like drowning. That doesn't feel good but whatever

Fentanyl in particular has a very fast onset. It fires nerves rapidly and your neurotransmitters struggle to adapt the comedown. It can trigger severe dystonia, causing your muscles to become rigid. Your chest wall stiffen and gets stuck.

Nope. I dont think thats avaliable at any hospital, at least not where I live (Brazil). As far as I know only vet meds got them

I guess, but its just a trigger and instant blackout. Much harder to inject yourself with N and wait for the lights to go out.

Wild story, but this is what I mean about the "something is wrong" feeling penetrating the opiate/opiate haze.

Never actually fiddled with this stuff so it's actually even more of a wild ride because there's no time to be nodding off before the reality of the excess (and respiratory depression) kicks in if OD?

Not that I would specifically recommend it or not but this as well as the regulatory environment is why hospice protocol is or at least used to be crazy amounts of benzos on top of and prior to ramping up the opiates to 'serum replacing' amounts, it's anesthesia plus hopefully more anesthesia, the cheapest and most medically excusable way.

Rather sorry to hear it's particularly dysphoric, while my assumption has been that if one is doing this with intent, the idea would be to get to a 'pleasant' scenario of dosage and then push it further in the same 'session' as apparently would not be pleasant all at once.. or if someone seeking release from existence can somehow get all the benzos or Ambien or whatnot and still manage to administer all this..

If you're making claims, nausea and itchiness as well or does the drowning kick in too fast to notice even that / fent is sufficiently different that way?

From the picture you sent, this should be 250mcg. The usual IV dose that definitely kills you would be 2mg or 2000mcg so you "only" took 12.5% of what is guaranteed to kill an opioid-naive adult.
I've done fent before and from my experience, you pass out rather quickly even at sub-lethal doses.

it's so helpful to know this, because many people on here said first you inject, then you feel good, then you pass out, and then you stop breathing

but if it feels like you can't breath, that's awful, i would have used the narcan too

Its a public hospital in Brazil. Things are kind of a mess around here, I could easily steal another fent ampoule and not be noticed.

I did 10ml/500mcg, the whole ampoule, just typed wrong. Anyways. 40ml seems too much though, I'd have to use a 60ml Syringe. And after this awful experience, I dont want to get near fent again. Will try buying a fireweapon next time, I could CTB inside a shooting range with their weapons but I dont want to traumatize other people.

Interesting. Could help to explain why I'm still alive after 2024, I chewed to mush and held directly under the tongue around that amount and had more or less similar an experience as OP had, though no Narcan. They were transdermal patches.

Also had the same idea Kiryu about a firing range, it's risky though. Want to be there with no one else around.
