Venting feeling my age

my 22nd bday is coming up and ive been starting to feel my age. not really in a physical way but a.....mental?......spiritual? way. feeling 22 on its own doesnt mean much but ive been 15-16 since, well then so to jump 6-7yrs is a bit of shock. not just the age jump but from teen to adult as well. ive felt like this before over the past year but it was always a fleeting feeling, this has been a few days now and it has yet to go. im wondering if its here to stay...idk just been a minor thought in my brain. im not sure how i feel about it yet.

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with it.

In my case, turning 30 was chaos and that's when I had a severe depression for almost 3 years.

im not sure how i feel about it yet.

i wouldnt say im not happy about it just.....a little lost i guess. ive been finding myself looking at everything that has to do with my life and going 'what the f*ck!". kind of like in limbo i guess.
