Feeling hopeless

I was told today that I'm not eligible to undergo TMS to treat my resistant-treatment depression due to my alcohol usage. I was already hopeless before but I'm 10 times more hopeless now. Nothing will ever work for me so I have to accept that and perhaps just kill myself.
