Feeling extremely suicidal but not able to do partial

Have been trying multiple times over past few weeks but no luck, not able to do partial hanging at all.

I feel suffocated but not passing out. Referred the partial hanging guide including the user comments.

IMO, a successful suicide requires a moment of quick and unalterable decision. I've tried partial suspension as well, and it just doesn't work. My bets are on jumping or firearms.

Partial doesn't work for me either, full suspension will be my way to death.
